The Proposal Coordinator will co-ordinate and produce proposal responses whilst assembling a proposal team that has the skills to prepare and submit a winning proposal. Responsibilities include the introduction and implementation of all necessary proposal procedures and governance. This highly networked role requires an ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines.
The Proposal Coordinator will work with a proposal team composed of contributors and proposal leads from multiple departments. Most proposals will include team members in sales, marketing, business development, finance, legal, IT and subject matter experts (SMEs) from various areas of the business.
